You even offered to pop across to Harrogate to see me – first class service – service I have not been offered from a printer before. At our meeting at your office, when I arrived unannounced, you were friendly, polite, informative and made me feel nothing was too much bother. You showed me a range of your work, from which I was quickly able to make a decision.
